＜構成＞	THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase 50 units 250 units THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase (5U/µl) 10µl 50µl dNTP Mixture (2.0mmol/l each) 0.2mL 1.0mL 10×PCR Buffer (15mM MgCl2) 0.2mL 1.0mL THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase(Mg2+ free buffer) 250 units THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase (5U/µl) 50µl dNTP Mixture (2.0mmol/l each) 1.0mL 10×PCR BufferⅡ(Mg2+ free) 1.0mL 25mM MgCl2 0.8mL
＜保存条件＞	-20℃

【使用例①： 約500bpのフラグメントを増幅 】
THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase、N社 Taq DNA Polymerase、N社 改変型Taq DNA Polymeraseを使用し、特異性の低い 3 対のプライマー（a、b、c）を用いて約500bpのフラグメントを増幅した。
いずれの酵素も25µlの反応系に対し、1.25Uを添加した。

サイクル条件 (ABI 2720) 95℃ 1min.     95℃ 30sec. 35cycles 60℃ 30sec. 72℃ 1min. 72℃ 7min.     4℃

【使用例②： 1.5kbp、3.0kbp、6.0kbpのフラグメントを増幅】
A社 ホットスタートTaq DNA Polymerase、THUNDER Taq Gold DNA Polymerase、THUNDER Taq DNA Polymerase、N社 Taq DNA Polymeraseをそれぞれ2.5Uを使用し、λDNAを鋳型として1.5kbp、3.0kbp 及び 6.0kbpを増幅した。

サイクル条件 (ABI 2720) 95℃ 10min.     95℃ 30sec. 25cycles 68℃ 6min. 68℃ 5min.     4℃
